Which POS systems do you support?
Works with most POS systems that export CSV. We’re optimizing for Square, Shopify POS, and Lightspeed first — and we’ll help map other formats for beta users.
Do you store my sales data?
Your file is processed to generate the report. We don’t sell or share data — and we’re building privacy controls (like retention limits) into the product by default.
Can I add my logo and brand colours?
Yes — upload your logo and choose a brand colour to theme headings, highlights, and charts.
Can it show profit and margins?
Yes — if you provide item costs (COGS), we generate profit tables and charts alongside revenue, including top items by profit.
Does this replace my POS reports?
No — your POS is for daily operations. PDF Sales Reports is for clean summaries, sharing, and month-end filing.
What if my CSV is missing fields or looks different?
We’ll still generate what we can and highlight what’s missing. If your export format is unusual, we’ll map it for you during the beta.
Is the report limited to what I see in the sample?
No — the sample shows just a few example pages. You’ll be able to choose which pages to include, and we’re continuously adding new pages, metrics, and report templates. Beta users can request specific metrics or layouts.
Will you add more metrics and automation over time?
Yes. The beta starts with CSV uploads and customizable PDF report packs. We’re actively working on POS integrations, scheduled report delivery, and additional metrics based on user feedback.
